Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website (USPS or FedEx).
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled — but you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We'll send an RMA number and return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we pay. If it's a customer preference (wrong size, changed mind), the customer pays return shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Products
Do you sell model kits?
No. We specialize in tools and accessories for model builders — not model kits themselves. This allows us to focus on quality tools.
Do you sell paint or glue?
No. Due to shipping regulations, we do not sell aerosol paints, chemical adhesives, or hazardous materials. We focus on tools, brushes, and workspace accessories.
Are your tools suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We have a range of tools for all levels. Check out our Beginner Bundles for curated starter kits.
What tools do I need to start?
The essentials are: a nipper (for cutting parts), tweezers, a hobby knife, sanding tools, and a cutting mat. Our Beginner Builder Starter Kit includes all of these.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you check out faster and receive order confirmations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through certified third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We never store your full card number.
