Product Warranty

PEREVA MERCANTILE LLC warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the periods specified below.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., misaligned blades, broken joints, cracked housings)
  • Material defects (e.g., rust on stainless steel, peeling finishes)
  • Non-functioning electronic components (LED lamps, LED displays)
  • Structural failures under normal use

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., blade dulling, brush hair loss)
  • Damage from improper maintenance or storage
  • Modifications or alterations by the customer
  • Damage from dropping, impact, or excessive force
  • Consumable items (replacement blades, sandpaper, sponges)
  • Damage from using tools for purposes other than model building
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email [email protected] with subject line "Warranty Claim"
  2. Include: order number, product name/SKU, description of defect, and clear photos of the defect
  3. We will review your claim within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will send a prepaid return label for the defective item
  5. Upon receiving and verifying the defect, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, we will:

  • Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent item, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping, or
  • Offer store credit for the product value

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required for all warranty claims. Items received as gifts require the original purchaser to file the claim.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. PEREVA MERCANTILE LLC's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
