Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): FREE on orders over $75. Otherwise $7.99.
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $14.99 flat rate.
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable. We ship within the United States only.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. International shipping may be available in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship the following items due to transportation regulations:
- Aerosol paints and spray cans
- Chemical adhesives and solvents
- Hazardous materials
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PEREVA MERCANTILE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
